@Sawtrax we strongly believe in the motto "If Our Customers Win, We Win". Hence our business and commercial model has 2 unique approaches:

Share of Benefits/Results Model, where our fees for products and services are evolved from a share of savings or incremental revenues produced for that product or service over a defined period of time.

Time and Resource Model, where our fees are determined by the type/amount/time of resources deployed in the duration of the project with set deliverables. The caveat here however is the time and resource are accountable to pre-set project timelines with strict SLA's and penalties applied for any delays or non-delivery of pre-defined objectives.
